Good to see the bench again. The green screams! I long to feel and smell it. Our temperature is on the rise up here in MN and the grass is beginning to show some brown/green. Its been raining more frequently and we may get into low 60s next week!

Hey Ron,

Green is Western Washington is like brown in Eastern Washington. We had almost 12 inches of rain in Jan 06. My friends who live on the Ho river in the Olympic Rain Forest sometimes get 15 inches in 24 hours. The live in the river basin about 40 feet above flood stage and a 15 inch day a several years ago didn't bother them at all.
