When I go to a parade (once every decade or two) the people watching are the focus of my attention not the stuff going past on the street. This was taken yesterday in Burien Washington at the Fourth of July parade.

I feel the same way regarding the focus of my attention. I took some of my favorite images of the people watching the parade. They are actually more open to being photographed and it's quite easy just to walk up and ask to take their picture.
